Paying your $300 deposit sends our Auction Team an alert to activate you as an active bidder for the current auction.
Venmo is our preferred electronic method for deposits.
We prefer accepting payments in cash or via Venmo for a simple reason:
If you DID NOT win a bid in the auction, we will refund you the $300 deposit. Cash transaction and Venmo transaction are same day refund transactions, whereas a credit card transaction refund takes up to 3 business days (depending on the merchant service).
To pay a deposit using Venmo, please download Venmo from the apple store or google play, and then “send payment” to Tow-Guys. You can also access Venmo via the web at: https://venmo.com/Tow-Guys
We strongly recommend including your full name, that matches the bidder information that you have provided to us upon registration, in your Venmo transaction.

Other payment options include cash payment on site, Wednesday-Friday 9AM-3PM or a credit card deposit on site as well, or on the auction day, Saturdays, 8am-10am.
